Privacy Policy

Stylor (“App”) is provided by Oleksandr Lytvynenko (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights. If you have questions, contact support@stylor.app.

Quick summary

  • We collect account details you provide, app usage data, and images you upload for try-ons.
  • We use this data to run the App, power AI try-ons, improve quality, and manage subscriptions.
  • You can delete your account in the App: Settings → Account → Delete My Account.
  • We do not sell personal data.
  • We use trusted processors (Apple, RevenueCat, Cloudflare, Supabase/Convex, etc.) to operate the service.

What we collect

1) Information you provide

  • Account data: name, email, password (hashed), profile settings.
  • Content: photos/selfies you upload, garment images, prompts, feedback.
  • Transactions: subscription status and identifiers (payments handled by Apple).

2) Information collected automatically

  • Device & app data: device model, OS, app version, language, timezone, crash logs.
  • Usage data: screens viewed, features used, session durations, referral/UTM.
  • Network data: IP address (approx. region), timestamps, request logs.

3) From partners

  • Apple (IAP): purchase tokens, product IDs, renewal/cancellation status.
  • RevenueCat: entitlements state for your subscription.
  • Analytics/infra: event counts, performance metrics, error traces.

How we use your data

  • Provide the service: authenticate, generate try-ons, show results, store history.
  • Subscriptions & billing: verify entitlements, enforce limits, notify renewal status.
  • Improve & secure: debugging, performance, abuse/fraud prevention.
  • Communications: account notices and service updates (no spammy marketing).

Legal bases (where applicable): performance of a contract, legitimate interests (security/quality), and your consent (e.g., optional analytics).

AI processing (images & prompts)

  • Your uploads may be processed by our AI pipeline to generate try-on images.
  • We may store generated images and minimal metadata so you can view history and for quality checks.
  • We do not use your content to train third-party foundational models.
  • We may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve prompts and detection quality.

Data sharing

We share data with processors strictly to run the App:

  • Apple In-App Purchases: subscription payments & receipts.
  • RevenueCat: subscription entitlement management.
  • Cloud infrastructure (e.g., Cloudflare, AWS/R2, KV/Durable Objects, Supabase/Convex/Redis): hosting, storage, caching, logs.
  • Error/analytics (privacy-respecting): crash and performance data.

We don’t sell personal data. We disclose information if required by law or to protect rights/safety.

Retention

  • Account & content: kept while your account is active.
  • Generated images: retained to power history and UX; you may delete via account deletion.
  • Backups/logs: kept for a limited time for security/compliance, then deleted/aggregated.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or object to/limit processing. Email support@stylor.app to exercise rights (we may verify your identity).

Account deletion

You can permanently delete your account in the App: Settings → Account → Delete My Account. This removes your profile and authentication data and schedules deletion of try-on images, prompts, and related metadata from active systems. Minimal logs/backups may persist briefly for security/fraud/chargeback compliance.

Children

Stylor isn’t directed to children under 13 (or the age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

International transfers

We may process data in countries different from yours. We use appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs) where required.

Changes

We’ll update this policy as needed. We’ll post changes here and update the “Last updated” date.
